Consumers are concerned about the quality of car repair service. According to the Better Business Bureau, the car repair business ranks 7th out of over 1000 different businesses as having the most complaints filed against it. Studies show that consumers dread getting their cars repaired and instead of taking their cars to the repair shop, they would rather spend time filing their income taxes.
